Client

Your agency’s customer that you onboard to ChatDash. A Client has its own dashboard that the agency can customize.

Organization

A multiple clients that is grouped into one organization. The members inside the organization is the same as a client but they just share the same client dashboard settings (language and client dashboard view).

Chatbot

The AI agent you created in an AI agent building platform (e.g. Retell, Vapi, Voiceflow, etc) and added to ChatDash.

Project

The Chatbot you assigned to your client becomes a project. You set up your Chatbot one time, then create a Project for each client you want to use it. Each Project can have its own name, branding, and settings—so you get a fresh copy of the same chatbot tailored for each client.

Workspace

A workspace is just another name for agency. One account can have multiple agencies/workspaces.

External Widget

This is only for Text Based Agents. It is when the agency wants to use a third party widget over ChatDash’s widget. Using an external widget will limit this chatbot to one project and may limit other ChatDash widget specific features.
