Add a client
You can create a client in ChatDash and assign an agent to them. After creating a client, you can give your client access to the ChatDash’s Client Dashboard.

Creating a client and member
Login to your agency dashboard.
Go to the Clients tab in your agency dashboard.
Click on the New Client button.
Fill in the client and member details. (Name, Login ID, Password are the required fields.)
Set the client’s language preference. (Default is English)
Click on the Create button to save the client and member.
Add additional members
Click on the Client Details button on the Client page.
On the Overview page, click on New Member.
Fill in the member details and click Create.
Members will share the same language and dashboard settings.
Assigning an agent to a client
Go to the Client Details page in your agency dashboard.
Navigate to Assigned Agents tab and click on Assign Agent
Select the agents you want to assign to the client.
Click on the Assign button to save the agent assignment.
Agents can only be assigned to one client. Agents that are already assigned to a client won’t be available for assignment.
Customizing client access & previewing client dashboard

Go to the Client Details → Assigned Agents and click on the assigned agent row to navigate to agent settings.
On the Agent Settings page, navigate to Client Access tab.
Turn on and off what you want your clients to see and click Save Changes.
To view your client’s dashboard, click on the Preview Dashboard button on the top right of the Client Details page.
You will be redirected to the Client Dashboard where you can see the exact view of the client’s dashboard.
Once you are done, click on the Exit Preview button on the sidebar to go back to your agency dashboard.
