Add your AI agents into ChatDash to get started.

0. Add Integration

Only for OpenAI, Vapi, Retell, and Elevenlabs agents.

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations

  2. Click Add Integration for the platform you want

  3. Enter Integration Name and API key(s)

  4. Click Connect

1. Navigate to the agents page

  1. Sign in to ChatDash

  2. Click Agents in the left nav

  3. Hit + Add Agent


2. Enter Connection Details & Delivery Method

Text Based Agents Only

Select whether or not to use “External Widget” or not. This is only for text based agents (excluding VectorShift).

For more details, see External Widget definition.

Common Fields

  1. Name - Label for your agent

  2. API Key - Platform API Key

Platform‑Specific Settings

Voiceflow

  • Project ID – Voiceflow Project ID

Retell AI

  • Integration - Select the integration you added on Step 0. above

  • Agent - Select the agent you want to add.

  • Knowledge Base Integration (optional) - Add a Knowledge Base

VAPI

  • Integration - Select the integration you added on Step 0. above

  • Agent - Select the agent you want to add

OpenAI

  • Integration - Select the integration you added on Step 0. above

  • Agent - Select the agent you want to add.

ElevenLabs

  • Integration - Select the integration you added on Step 0. above

  • Agent - Select the agent you want to add.

Botpress

  1. Install Messaging API integration on the project you want to connect.

  2. Go to “integration” tab on your project in Botpress.

  3. In Response Endpoint URL, copy and paste the below url.

  4. Copy the Botpress Messaging API webhook URL. (Starts with https://webhook.botpress.cloud/)

    1. https://api.chat-dash.com/interact/botpress

  5. Click on top right corner profile icon and select Personal Access Tokens.

  6. Generate a new token and copy it.

  7. Paste the Personal Access Token and Messaging API webhook URL in the respective fields.

  8. Save the agent.

Flowise

  • Chatflow ID – Flowise Chatflow ID

  • Deployment Base URL – URL of your Flowise dashboard

  • KB ID and Name (optional) – Flowise KB ID and name you want your clients to see in their dashboard

VectorShift

  • Chatbot ID – VectorShift Chatbot ID

  • KB ID and Name (optional) – VectorShift KB ID and name you want your clients to see in their dashboard

n8n

  • Chat Webhook URL – n8n Webhook URL (Found in “Chat Trigger” node of your n8n workflow


3. Save

Once all fields are complete, click Create.
