  1. Is there a way to do live monitor for calls? It would be great to be able to listen to calls live and even read their transcripts live too

    Can they add an API to assign an agent that would be really helpful for any platform users like voiceflow and botpress because we could add an intent to a live chat support workflow and then trigger this API
