You can now split a one-time charge into a fixed number of monthly payments that stops automatically once it's paid off — perfect for breaking a setup fee into manageable chunks (for example, a $2,000 onboarding fee billed as 4 monthly payments of $500).

• Create one in seconds — from Stripe Billing → Subscriptions → Create Subscription, choose Installment plan, enter the total and number of payments, and you're done.

• Ends on its own — billing stops automatically after the final payment, so there's nothing to remember to cancel.

• Works alongside subscriptions — a client can have an installment plan running next to their regular subscriptions.

Assign agents to existing subscriptions

When assigning an agent to a client that already has active subscriptions, you'll now be prompted to link the agent to one of those subscriptions — no need to create a new one. Only compatible subscriptions are shown based on the agent type (voice agents see minute-based products; text agents see interaction-based products).

Add agents to a subscription from the Subscriptions page

Each subscription in the Stripe Billing → Subscriptions list now has an "Add Agent" option in the action menu. This lets you attach any unsubscribed agent from that client directly to the subscription without going through the full creation flow.

Smarter agent removal warnings

Removing an agent from a client now shows a confirmation dialog. If the agent is on an active subscription, you'll see a warning that it will be detached. If it's the only agent on that subscription, you'll be warned that the subscription will be cancelled immediately upon removal.

You can now set a different business-hours window for each day of the week in Client Settings. For example, Monday 1–5pm, Tuesday 12–8pm, Friday closed.

Existing business hours were automatically migrated — your current setup is unchanged and ready to be customized per day whenever you're ready.
