It would be great if there’s an option for us to give customers the ability to signup and create their own account automatically as customer under our agency after picking from the available plans.
You could kind of technically do this utilising the API - however, having a predefined UI to embed onto websites could be good too.
Utilising the API you could create an org, create a client, add the client to the org, create a project add a chatbot to the project and assign the project to the client.
So it’s pretty damn powerful - huge bonus to us.

We are mainly using Retell, so I think the best way of doing this is you may ask us Agency owners for our Retell API key then for every signup you could generate a new agent with default prompt loaded, then generate the customer under our agency, and assign that Chatbot into that customer.
