For Spanish Speaking people having the ability to see the chat \ translation as its being spoken is extremely helpful. LLMs sometimes misunderstand what they are hearing in other languages and sometimes people dont speak clearly.
Example seeing an email spelled out correctly in chat is very helpful for confirming a meeting.
Another helpful feature would be to allow Clients the option to turn this chat feature on/off and the ability to allow user’s to download transcripts of the chat, with a toggle for clients to turn this feature on/off
