Dashboard Logo: Upload an image that will be displayed on top left corner ofAgency Dashboard and Client Dashboard.

Login Page Logo: Upload an image that will be displayed on client login page of custom domain. The default image will be the dashboard logo.

Agency Name: It will be displayed on the agency dashboard.

Workspace ID: Your unique workspace identifier for reference and troubleshooting.

ChatDash API Key: API Key for accessing ChatDash’s API.

AI API Key*: You can bring in your own OpenAI API key for AI analytics feature.

Whitelabel

Favicon: Upload 32 X 32 or 16 X 16 image that will be displayed on custom domain.

Website Title: Website title for custom domain.

Color Theme: Select the theme color for agency/client dashboard.

Loading Icon: Customize the loading icon.

Domain: Clients can use dashboard on this domain.

Backend Domain*: API requests can use this backend domain. Only one backend domain is allowed per workspace.

Email

Sending Domain*: Configure your sending domain to send emails from your custom domain.

Sender Address*: Choose an email address that will be used to send emails from your custom domain.

Sender Name*: Choose name that will be displayed as the sender of the emails.

Email Logo*: Upload a logo that will be displayed at the top of emails.

Email Templates*: Customize the email contents.

Member

You can have multiple accounts in one agency, each with different roles and permissions such as Admin, Editor, or Viewer.

Admin: Only one Admin account is allowed per agency. The ChatDash membership plan is billed through this account. Admins have full access to all features and agency settings.

Editor: Editors have access to most features, but cannot manage the membership plan or modify certain agency settings (custom domain, whitelabel etc)

Viewer: Viewers can view projects and clients but cannot add or edit them.
