Overview
The Summary Generation feature uses AI to automatically create concise summaries of your conversations. This saves you time from manually summarizing interactions and ensures that important points are captured for future reference.

How to Use Summary Generation
Enabling Summary Generation
Log in to Your ChatDash Account and navigate to your Agency Dashboard.
Go to the Agent Settings page.
Click on the AI Analysis tab.
Toggle on Summary under the Summary Generation section.

(Optional) Enter custom instructions to guide the AI on how to generate summaries.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Viewing Summaries
Navigate to the Conversations tab within your client’s dashboard.
Select a conversation to view its details.
The generated summary will be displayed in a designated Summary section at the right sidebar of the conversation.
Customizing Summaries
Use the custom instructions field to specify the format or focus areas for your summaries.
Example instructions:
“Highlight any customer complaints or issues.”
“Summarize the conversation in bullet points.”
